Overview
Floating soft-sealed ball valve, also known as floating soft-sealed ball valve, floating ball valve, and soft-sealed floating ball valve, usually adopts a cast steel or stainless steel valve body, a floating ball structure, and uses soft sealing materials such as PTFE or PPL. It can be used in various pipelines of Class150~Class1500, PN16~PN63, and JIS10K~JIS20K to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, it can be respectively suitable for various media such as water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, and urea.

Low flow resistance: Among various valves, the ball valve has the lowest flow resistance. When a full-bore ball valve is opened, the passage of the ball, the passage of the valve body, and the diameter of the connecting pipe are equal and form a single diameter, allowing the medium to flow through with almost no loss.

Quick opening and closing: The ball valve can be fully closed or fully opened by rotating 90°. Compared with gate valves and globe valves of the same specification, the ball valve is smaller in volume and lighter in weight, which facilitates pipeline installation.

Good sealing performance: The seat sealing ring is generally made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which is easy to seal.
